A visit to the Downtown Collingwood Farmers Market this morning led me to discover Rallis Olive Oil. This delicious 'ice pressed olive oil' is a wonderful treat and should be of great interest to the Raw Foodies everywhere. I had a wonderful chat with Nikolas who spoke about his family business with great passion and explained in specific detail how this wonderful product came to be. Nikolas will be at the market every weekend until Thanksgiving, so do yourself a good turn and pick some up. Nikolas is originally from Owen Sound so this is a great way to support a local business that has some overseas roots.

ABSOLUTELY delicious. Bought a bottle today. I've tried many olive oils before and none even compare to this. The taste is fresh and pure...and its raw.
