Met Con Blue Mountain Adventure Race returns for the 3rd time to Blue Mountain Resort on Saturday, June 15th, 2013.

This Saturday, hundreds of the toughest recruits our fine country has to offer will once again descend upon Ontario’s largest mountain resort! Recruits will be both starting and finishing in the Blue Mountain Village, they've chosen from the 5km course or the brand new 10km (Full Metal Jacket), both courses taking them up, across and down some grueling mountain terrain, while having them endure hardcore obstacles, each one designed to make their victory feel that much sweeter when they cross the finish line, completing the mission we set our before them, to finish!

Competitors and spectators alike will enjoy a day packed full of all that the Met Con Blue event central at the Blue Mountain Village has to offer.

What: To witness hundreds of recruits complete their mission of finishing the most insane mountain adventure race on the planet!

When: Heats begin at 9am and run every 1/2 hour until 2pm with 3 - 10km (Full Metal Jacket) heats going at 9:45am - 11:45am - 12:45pm.

Special Heroes Race at 12:00pm supporting Soldier On.

Where: Met Con Blue Mountain Adventure Race “Event Central”

Located at Blue Mountain Resort, Blue Mountain Village.

(Start/Finish line is located next to the Silver Bullet chairlift)

Registration area is in the Grand Central Lodge.

It was created in 2006 with the aim of empowering serving and retired Canadian Forces personnel with a permanent or chronic physical or mental health injury or illness to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle by providing resources and opportunities to participate in physical, recreational or sporting activities.
